The items purchased will be shipped shortly after funds are transfered between buyer and sellers accounts.
(Note: Most candles we sell are made once you place an order, therefore freshly hand-made candles must have time to cure before shipping.)
We will notify you the day when items are shipped.
Items should arrive 7 to 14 business days from the day package is taken to shipping facility.
(shipping time calculations are made by shipping company ) USPS, UPS,Fed Ex, etc.
If we overcharge/undercharge your account for shipping cost, we will notify you and correct the issue ASAP.
Shipping prices are determined by combination of weight, size, and how far the mailpiece is traveling. Our primary shipping choice is : Priority Mail- 20 lb limit.

If We (CARE CANDLES) at any time are responsible for a major delay in shipping,
we will contact you ASAP.
At Care Candles (& more), We are available to take your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you are not completely satifsied with the products you purchase, contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your package and return product within 7 business days.
Refund will be issued if product is in good condition when we receive it.
We are Not responsible for products damaged during transit.
Refunds will be made through paypal service.
Refund of product cost only. Shipping cost will NOT be refunded.
